Transforming Today for a Better Tomorrow!
We’ve been working diligently behind the scenes to ensure that your banking experience is always easy, efficient, and secure. This year, we are strengthening our technology. This will enhance aspects of our new digital banking platform, plus, this upgrade will result in easier and faster in-person service for you.
What are the benefits of this “Upgrade”?
The new technology enhancements are designed to give you even more convenience, security, flexibility and more control over your money.
Here are a few examples of the improvements:
- View all your memberships and accounts in one view through a single digital login
- Each member will have their own unique login password
- Statements will look cleaner and be easier to review
- Faster payroll deposits into your account
- The ability to dispute card charges online
- The option to make cash advances from your credit card or HELOC
- Faster loan applications
- Tax forms will be available online (starting 2025 Tax Year and beyond)
- And more to come…
This new advanced system will enable our employees to provide even better member service today while simultaneously positioning C·U·D to meet the future technological needs of our members tomorrow. As always, keeping our members’ information accurate and secure remains our top priority throughout this upgrade.
We will be sending out regular updates to keep you informed about the progress of the new technology. Additionally, this dedicated website page will be updated as we move through the process.

Account Nicknames
Nicknames are recommended for your accounts. It looks like Ben should give his savings accounts nicknames to help differentiate them. Ben has shared accounts with Mary. They should both rename their accounts to make it easier to reference the right accounts.
Don't Share Digital Banking Logins
If you currently share a login with someone, we highly recommend they register for their own Digital Banking account and you update your password on your account. As noted above, if you have multiple C·U·D accounts they will all appear under one digital login after the upgrade, so continuing to share your Digital Banking login will allow the other person to see your entire relationship with C·U·D.
Update and Verify Your Contact Information
Confirm Your Contact Information - In the coming weeks, we will be sending important information and updates. Please take the time to confirm that we have the most current contact information for you. If you need to update your information, you can contact us in several different ways:
Options to verify:
- Visit any of our branch locations (Please be sure to bring your government-issued ID.)

Here’s what we need verified:
- First and last name (spelling)
- Email address

Nickname your accounts to what makes sense for your needs
Examples:

We appreciate your attentiveness and patience as we improve our services and systems to serve our members well.
