Our Mission is “To be a trusted partner for our members in reaching their financial goals by providing superior value, products and service.” That is why we are offering Financial Coaches to help you accomplish your financial goals through education and guidance.
Our Financial Coaches have completed thorough training, earning a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation . They are here to help you, not sell you products or services.
They can assist you in the following areas:
Budgeting/Spending Plans
Saving Plans
Debt Reduction Plans
Credit Report Reviews
Financial Education/Resources

The Process and What to Expect
- Schedule an Appointment
Fill out our Financial Coaching Appointment form. One of our certified coaches will contact you for any additional information and to set up your first appointment (walk-ins not accepted).
We offer in-person and over-the-phone coaching sessions. You can expect your session to last approximately 1 hour, although it may differ depending on your personal situation.
- Bring Some Documents
We may ask that you bring in three months of financial statements so we can get a better idea of your income, debts, expenses and assets.
Your Financial Coach will discuss this with you over the phone prior to your first session to let you know what documents they need.

What We'll Go Over
In the first session, our Financial Coaches will go over your past, current, and future financial situation. They can address the concerns you have and cover topics beneficial to your goals and circumstances.
In any following sessions, they'll continue to work with you to implement and monitor your new financial plan.

They do not provide advice concerning investments, financial products, tax, and legal matters.
