Access Digital Banking for the first time

You may use either Desktop or Mobile Banking. To get started, select 'New User' within the login box on our website or in the mobile app.
 

Step-by-Step Registration Instructions:

Important! To make our digital banking experience more secure, you are required to use the following new username and password requirements:

  1. Username: Usernames need to be 8-40 characters, needs to contain upper- & lower-case letters, numbers, and special characters. (username cannot be your account number)
  2. Password: Password minimum is 8 characters and requires an upper- & lower-case letters, numbers, and special characters.
  3. Biometric authentication: Biometrics (fingerprint, facial recognition) will only become available once you’ve completed set-up.
  4. Choose your two-factor authentication method – text, email, call me. (Extra security level to keep your accounts safe)
    1. Enter your two-factor authentication code and click verify.
    2. You will then be asked to verify your contact information.

To avoid errors for new users, or if you are having issues using the mobile app, make sure you are using the most updated version of the application.

Mobile App Recommendations:

  • For mobile devices using the Android operating system, do not enable Android’s “install from unknown sources” feature.
  • Notify the carrier immediately if the mobile device is lost or stolen so that it can be deactivated.
  • Do not modify the mobile device as it may disable important security features.
  • Check your credit union account frequently and notify the credit union of any unauthorized transactions.
  • Adopt safe practices as you would using your personal computer, including not opening attachments or clicking on links contained in email received from unfamiliar sources.
