At Credit Union of Denver (CUD), we’re proud to reflect on the amazing year we had in 2024. We strive every day to serve our members and the community with dedication, and this year was a testament to that commitment. We’re excited to share some of the standout moments and accomplishments that made 2024 such a memorable year.

A Year of Growth and Recognition

When we look back on 2024, we're thrilled to see the impact we’ve had on our members’ financial lives. Here are some key highlights that show how much we’re growing and improving:

• Member Satisfaction: Our members continue to love our services, with a stellar 4.23-star rating on Google¹! We’re grateful for your trust and will continue striving to exceed expectations.
• Forbes Recognition: We were honored to be named as one of the Best-In-State Credit Unions for multiple years in a row by Forbes². This is a testament to the dedication of our team and the satisfaction of our members.
• $27 Million in Member Earnings: In 2024, C·U·D paid out over $27 million in dividends and interest on savings and investment accounts. Your hard-earned money is working for you!
• Digital Banking Success: Our new digital banking platform, launched in June 2024, now has over 45,000 users⁴. It’s exciting to see so many of our members take advantage of this secure and convenient way to manage their finances.
• Loan Support: We provided over $255 million in loans³, offering some of the best rates locally⁵. Our rate match program ensures that members receive competitive rates, with options to adjust as credit improves.

Giving Back to the Community

We are more than just a financial institution—we’re a community partner. Throughout 2024, we’ve had the privilege of giving back to those who need it most:

• Employee Volunteering: Our employees donated over 670 hours of volunteer time, making a positive impact at organizations such as the Action Center, Food Bank of the Rockies, and Children’s Hospital.
• Charitable Donations: Together we were able to donate $44,000 to support local charities, schools, shelters, and scholarships.
• Scholarships for Higher Education: Every year, we provide five $2,000 scholarships to support our members who are furthering their education. It’s an honor to help lessen the financial burden of college and help students achieve their dreams.
• Supporting Foothills Animal Shelter: We proudly supported Foothills Animal Shelter with our annual pet calendar, which raised $6,987.82 in 2024. The calendar featured pets submitted by members and the community, with all proceeds going directly to support FAS’s operations and animal care.

Special Events & Member Appreciation

At C·U·D, we love to find ways to celebrate and support our members. 2024 brought some unforgettable events:

• Member Appreciation Day: This annual event marked the start of summer with giveaways, food, and family-friendly fun. It’s always a great time to connect with members and celebrate the credit union community.
• Youth Holiday Event: In December, we hosted a fun-filled event for the kids with giveaways, activities, and plenty of holiday cheer. It’s always a joy to create lasting memories for families during the holiday season.

Looking Ahead to 2025

As we reflect on all the milestones of 2024, we are filled with gratitude for the members and community that make Credit Union of Denver so special. We are so thankful for your continued trust, loyalty, and engagement. We can’t wait to see what 2025 holds, and we’re excited to continue offering top-tier products, services, and events for you all year long.
