Important Notice!
Our primary form of communication with our members is email.
We use two different emails to keep the “Account/Business Only” information separated from our “Community, Events and Promotional” information.
- We utilize alerts@info.cudenver.com as our “Operational, must have information about your accounts or credit union”. This email will never contain marketing promotion messages.
- Our “Great information to know and promotional emails” will come from a different email address, creditunionofdenver@info.cudenver.com.
To ensure messages about Credit Union of Denver always reach you, please add us to your contacts or add our email addresses to your safe senders list within your email.
Instructions for Various Email Platforms
GMAIL
To unblock an email address in GMAIL, access Gmail through a web browser:
- Click the gear icon and select See all settings.
- Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
- Find the Blocked Addresses section.
- Select the checkbox next to the email address you want to unblock.
- Click the Unblock button.
After you unblock a sender, their emails should no longer be sent to spam. If you still find their emails in spam, you can:
- Tick the box next to the email you want to remove in the Spam folder.
- Click ‘Not Spam’ at the top.
COMCAST/XFINITY
To unblock an email address in COMCAST (Xfinity), you can:
- Go to settings.
- Find the "Filters" or "Blocked Addresses" section.
- Locate the email address you want to unblock.
- Select the option to remove it from the blocked list.
YAHOO
To unblock an email address in YAHOO, you can:
- Click the "Settings" gear icon.
- Select "Security and Privacy".
- Find the email address you want to unblock.
- Click the trash icon next to the email address to remove I from the blocked list.
