As technology continues to change, we are continually upgrading our online services to provide the most robust and secure online access for our members. As we add new features and enhancements to our online services, there are certain browser versions and operating systems that do not support these upgrades. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you upgrade your software to the latest version that is compatible to your PC, tablet or phone.
MINT.com Users -
Earlier this year, our online banking site was upgraded to a higher level of encryption security. This resulted in a disconnect with Mint.com as their certificate level of encryption was lower. We understand that they are working on upgrading their encryption in July, but it may still not match ours to be able to connect properly. We are sorry for our members' difficulty with access to Mint.com and recommend that you contact them for updates on their upgrade. We will continue to post any updates as we are notified.
