Payment Deferral Application (Previously Skip - A - Pay)
The Payment Deferral Application form is now available. We will be processing applications November 2nd through December 31st. The process has changed from previous years. The fee is $30 for a 2 month deferral. Each requested loan deferment application must be signed by all applicable co-signers. One application required per loan.

You will no longer need to log into Online Banking and "My MasterCard" to access your Credit Card or HELOC. One click will allow you to view your account information as well as your MasterCard Credit and HELOC Card information. No more second login required. Please review your account ownership and who you may have granted access to your accounts as they will now be able to see your transactions made on your MasterCard Account.

Simple steps to one login;
• Sign in to cudonline
• Click on the link at the bottom of the page that includes the last 4 numbers of your card
This will now show you and anyone you have given access to, the recent activity on your card account.
You can click on the Card Services blue button, which will take you to the familiar My MasterCard site, for payments, statements, etc.
We hope you will find this improvement makes it easier, as well as more convenient, when accessing your card accounts.
EMV Cards have arrived. What you need to know...
Credit Union of Denver is proud to bring you the latest in credit card fraud protection. EMV is rolling out in the United States and it has proven to be a great tool in Europe to prevent credit card fraud. Our new EMV cards come with PIN Now!
After you activate your card, You must select your own personalized PIN.

Please be aware of a recent telephone scam that appears to be from National Credit Union Association requesting our members to enter their personal information and a card number.
The NCUA does not call members. Credit Union of Denver does not request your social security number or card number, even if we should have reason to contact you. Text Scam -
Please be aware of a recent text scam requesting a call to MasterCard Card Services at 503-455-5009. The automated call is asking for a social security number and a card number if you call back. The credit union does not request your social security number or card number if we should have reason to contact you.
